My name is Resa, I'm not just another HubSpot consultant.

Over the past decade I've:

  • Built and scaled a 7-figure HubSpot agency (Cacao Media), becoming one of the first Diamond Partners in the Israeli market — without a network or even speaking the local language.
  • Sold that agency to another Diamond partner (ScaleOps), proving the systems I designed created lasting value.
  • Joined HubSpot EMEA HQ, where I led the design of the Accreditations Program to certify and scale best practices for thousands of global partners. In short, I helped write the playbook for how agencies and companies should use HubSpot.
  • Trained and advised hundreds of companies worldwide on how to turn HubSpot from "just a CRM" into a true Revenue Operations engine — driving measurable increases in pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and customer retention.
