Enterprise redesign for the age of emerging technologies

Redesign the Way Your Organization Operates Before Technology Does It For You

Organizations don't fail because technology changes. They fail because their operating systems don't change.

RevOps Reset helps CEOs, boards and revenue leaders intentionally redesign how their organization operates — using AI, data, CRM and revenue operations as the vehicles for that change.

Our philosophy

Every meaningful technological shift requires organizations to redesign the way they operate.

Technology exposes outdated systems. It doesn't create them.

The Shift

The way your organization operates no longer matches the world you're operating in

The conversation used to be “our CRM isn't working.” It rarely is. What's actually breaking is the operating system underneath it — how work moves, how decisions get made, and how the business sees itself.

AI pilots that never reach production or measurable value
Revenue visibility that breaks down before the board meeting
Siloed teams optimising for their own numbers
Decisions made on data leadership doesn't fully trust
Operating models designed for a slower market
Processes that have quietly become workarounds
Technology adopted by the tool, not by the organization
Change programmes that fade the moment the consultants leave

Adding technology to an outdated operating system doesn't modernise it. It magnifies it.

What We Believe

Five beliefs that shape every engagement

Technology changes.

Operating systems must evolve.

Data creates clarity.

Systems create consistency.

Leaders create transformation.

Our Pillars

Five pillars of organizational redesign

We don't implement AI. We redesign organizations — and use AI, data, CRM and revenue operations as the vehicles for that redesign.

01
Organizational Strategy
Preparing organizations for the future — clarifying how decisions get made, who owns what, and how the operating model needs to change.
02
Revenue Systems
Creating visibility and alignment across marketing, sales, customer success and finance, so leadership works from one version of the truth.
03
AI Transformation
Making AI practical and measurable — designed into real workflows with clear governance, not layered on top of unclear processes.
04
Organizational Capability
Helping teams adopt new ways of working, so the redesign holds after the project ends.
05
Continuous Redesign
Building organizations that keep evolving — with the cadence, data and governance to adapt as technology shifts again.
Our Method

How organizational redesign works

01
Diagnose
We assess the operating system — decision rights, workflows, data, reporting, revenue processes and technology — to establish where the organization has drifted from how it actually needs to work.
02
Prioritise
Not everything changes at once. We sequence the redesign around what most affects decision quality, revenue visibility and adoption, and name what to stop doing entirely.
03
Redesign
We rebuild the parts of the operating system that carry the business — process ownership, revenue architecture, data and reporting, AI-enabled workflows and governance.
04
Enable
Capability, documentation and cadence so the new way of operating is understood, used and continuously improved by your own teams.

Assessment

Assess your readiness in five minutes

The Revenue Leak Index measures how much revenue visibility your current operating system is costing you — across reporting trust, pipeline visibility, renewal protection, expansion visibility, handoff reliability and AI readiness.

You receive a score out of 100, a risk level, your three largest leak areas and an estimated revenue visibility risk range. Private, and useful whether or not we ever work together.

Leadership

Led by Resa Gooding

Most transformation problems are not technical. They are organizational problems that become visible in the systems.

Resa co-founded Cacao Media, scaling it from zero into one of Israel's leading HubSpot Diamond agencies before a successful acquisition — designing the systems, processes and reporting infrastructure behind scalable revenue for SaaS, professional services and education organizations.

She later joined HubSpot in Dublin, helping design and scale partner accreditation programs across the global ecosystem — a rare inside view of what adoption, enablement and customer success look like at scale.

Today she works with leadership teams on organizational redesign: how the business decides, how work moves between teams, how data becomes trusted, and how AI becomes a practical capability rather than an experiment.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Are you an AI implementation company?
No. We redesign organizations. AI, data, CRM and revenue operations are the vehicles we use, but the work is about how the organization operates and decides.
Are you a HubSpot consultancy?
HubSpot is often part of the landscape and we know it deeply. But the engagement starts with the operating model, not the platform.
Where does an engagement usually start?
With an Organizational Redesign Diagnostic: a structured assessment of decision rights, workflows, data, reporting and technology, followed by a prioritised redesign roadmap.
How long does redesign take?
Diagnostics typically run weeks; redesign and enablement typically run across one or two quarters, depending on scope, complexity and how many teams are involved.
Do you replace our internal teams?
No. We work alongside RevOps, transformation, operations and leadership teams, and deliberately build internal capability so the redesign holds.
How do you measure success?
By decision quality, adoption and revenue visibility — trusted reporting, faster decisions, fewer manual workarounds, and AI use cases that are actually in production.

Technology will keep changing. The question is whether your operating system can.

We help organizations redesign the way they operate so they can confidently adapt to AI, emerging technologies and changing markets.
